This week we have begun to study the troqule band with Professor Gaizka. We are drawing in catia the band's sketch with the processes that will be carried out.
Each component of the group will present their proposal and from there we will select one to make the die.
We have done the band study group and we have selected one of the group. Through a vote and a matrix.
We do not believe that this band is the definitive one, since we believe that we can take ideas from the designed bands.

This week we desing the final product in catia to know what we  have to get. To do this piece Gaizka explain us how to calculate the radious and how much material we need. 

After this we start drawing the band sketch. As we didnt know anything about dies Gaizka explain us all we need. We spend all the week doing this and at the end of the week we select the best to work with it.

UNAI ELORZA

On day 7 of October we started to work on a metal sheet on on the program of Catia.

We started sketching  to give  form to a metal sheet that we thought it would be best for us.

After making the metal sheet, we had to compare each sheet that we made to each other in the group,and select the most appropiate one to work on for our project. 

Our teacher, Gaizka helped us on the job that we had to do. We spent the whole week working on this sheet to make the job posible.

KEPA AGÜERO

The first week we start using the program called catia, where you can design practically whatever you want in 3D, but in these case we have to design our own sheet meta. thinking in which way we have to position the part to take advantage to the metal, and how we can can make it take form, just from a sheet of metal to the part we deserve.

Once each of the group have design his own sheet metal, we gather and we decide who is the better one, base on matrix we made. When we decide who is the choosen one we star working in base of that sheet metal
