Teamwork is a very good option, since you learn a lot from the rest of the teammates. The relationship with colleagues is very respectful. The jobs are well distributed and balanced. I think we will not have problems as long as there is respect in the group and commitment and we respect the objectives.

Good teamwork does not generate independent work or achievements, or competitive environments, protagonists or internal rivalries; rather, it guarantees a general achievement as a team, a personal growth of all members and a work environment such that everyone feels like family, great bonds are generated and very good friendships are likely to emerge. Unai Elorza Working with my teamates is a pleasure. I am learning a lot and they also help me very much . We have so many work to do, and what we did, was making a choice or a decisión what kind of work each one of us Will have to do. My work is helping out with trouble shoots that my team mates have. Its a very important work. I must look out for mistakes and clean them up before giving it to the teachers. I Will do the best job as posible to have a great note on the work we have to do. This job is new for me and it is going to be a Little difficult for me to be able to do it right.



Kepa Agüero Working with my teamates is a pleasure we can o ahead so much faster en help all together in whatever we need making a perfect balance and make the eficienci of the work increase.
My participation in the group is helping in all that I can do because i am the most advanced teamate. As I told before I can or I try at least to help my teamates with all the posible cuestions that they have or truvels that they cant solve them by themselves, apart of making my own hob, it is not easy but it is what I like, challenging my self and improving my skills to make our team the best version we can show

To do a good work in group we need to have all the ideas very clear and to make this posible we need to have to meet and talk about all we need to do. This can be dificult but if we can do it the result will be better. In the team we help the others teamates always and we try to explain what they dont understand. I like work in this way because we can learn more things about the course and about our teamates.
